Embark on an unforgettable 4-day Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro luxury safari, exploring three of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Your journey begins in Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous baobab trees, large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. You then travel to the legendary Serengeti National Park, where endless plains provide some of Africa’s finest game viewing opportunities and, depending on the season, a chance to witness the Great Migration.

The adventure concludes with a game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater, a remarkable wildlife sanctuary home to lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos and many other species.

Throughout the safari, you’ll travel in a private 4×4 safari vehicle with an experienced professional guide and stay in carefully selected luxury lodges or tented camps.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your private safari guide will collect you from your hotel in Arusha and drive towards Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant population, majestic baobab trees and seasonal wildlife concentrations around the Tarangire River. During your game drive, keep an eye out for elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and numerous antelope species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch or lodge lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive.

Later, leave the park and drive to your luxury lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park.

The journey takes you through the beautiful landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before descending towards the vast Serengeti plains. Depending on your route and wildlife sightings, you may begin game viewing en route to your accommodation.

The Serengeti is home to huge populations of wildebeest, zebra, gazelles and predators including lions, cheetahs and leopards. Your guide will use their local knowledge to maximize your opportunities for wildlife encounters.

Arrive at your luxury camp or lodge, enjoy dinner and relax beneath the African sky.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti National Park.

After an early breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive across the Serengeti. The park’s diverse habitats support an extraordinary variety of wildlife, making it one of the world’s premier safari destinations.

Depending on the season and location, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra, lions resting on the plains, cheetahs hunting across the grasslands, elephants, giraffes, buffalo and potentially elusive leopards.

A picnic lunch can be enjoyed at a designated location in the park before continuing your wildlife adventure.

Return to your luxury accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Wake early and enjoy breakfast before departing towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive.

The crater’s enclosed ecosystem supports an impressive concentration of wildlife. You may see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and, with luck, the endangered black rhino.

After a picnic lunch, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
